Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Health Supplements-Specific Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened health supplements
- Customized products
- Digital goods (e.g., eBooks, online courses)
- Perishable items
- Sample packs
Return Condition Requirements

- Must be unopened and in the original packaging
- Must be free from damage or defects
- Must include all original labels and documentation
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for health supplements. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
